we got a shag area rug for the dining room, designed by none other than those perpetually unhappy-looking olsen twins—or at least marketed in their name.
plus, we got a new overhead light! come, bask in our danish modern glow!
(and please pardon our mess. we know each other well enough by now to show these kinds of pics, right?)

Wow! I love your style (love your blog header, too)! That wallpaper is awesome, and the pink is fabulous! I’m guessing your mate has the same tastes? My husband is pretty forward thinking, but I don’t think a pink shag rug would fly!
